1. Introduction

Welcome to Billify, a product of Onebit Technologies Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Billify allows individuals and businesses to create invoices, receive payments, and manage wallet balances using our web and mobile platforms.

By signing up or using Billify, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Nigerian law to use Billify.

3. Account Creation

To use Billify, you must create an account with accurate details, including your name, email, business name, and bank account information. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities on your account.

4. Services Provided

Billify enables users to:

• Create and send invoices
• Receive payments from customers in Naira via KoraPay, our payment partner
• Store funds temporarily in a Naira wallet
• Withdraw wallet balances to a connected bank account
• Access invoice analytics and premium templates (depending on plan)

Non-Naira invoices (e.g., USD, GBP) can be created for manual payments only — no online checkout or QR code will be generated.

5. Wallet and Transactions

• Wallets are denominated in Naira (NGN) only.
• Wallet balances represent the value of funds processed through Kora and held on your behalf until withdrawn.
• You can withdraw funds from your Billify wallet to your bank account at any time, subject to applicable fees and transaction limits.

6. Fees and Charges

All applicable fees are automatically deducted from the transaction amount or wallet balance.

All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made through Billify are final and non-refundable. Users and their customers are responsible for ensuring invoice details and payment amounts are correct before completing a transaction.

Billify does not process refunds or reversals once a payment is successful. Any disputes over goods or services must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

8. Relationship with Payment Partner (KoraPay)

Payments are processed securely via KoraPay. Onebit Technologies Ltd and Billify are not liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by KoraPay or its banking partners
• Chargebacks, reversal errors, or network downtime
• Funds held or delayed for compliance reviews by KoraPay

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Billify for:

• Fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
• Misrepresentation of goods or services
• Charging without delivery of goods/services
• Circumventing payment flows or limits

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

10. Pricing and Plans

Billify offers both app-based and API-based subscription plans. Plans renew automatically each month unless canceled.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Billify only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Engage in fraud, scams, or unauthorized billing
• Create false or misleading invoices
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the system
• Use Billify to process payments unrelated to legitimate goods or services

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
